We were trying to sell our house and buy another one at the same time and he had worked out everything with perfect timing. We never had any trouble getting in contact with Brad and he was able to answer any question we had and we had plenty of them. He worked many weekdays and many weekends to help up find what we were looking for along with showing the house we were in. He was also great with our 4 year old who had plenty of questions for him also.
